Our Voices Matter

RHMS Grade 2 Students spent the past week learning about Truth and Reconciliation and wanted to share their insights with their Montessori friends. The students learned about Phyllis Webstad and her beautiful Orange Shirt that was taken from her when she was forced to attend a Residential School in British Columbia.  

Our Grade 2 students created Orange Shirts with the saying "Every Child Matters," to give to their younger friends, reminding them that their voice is important.
