During the month of December, our RHMS community came together to collect donations for our Winter Food Drive.
In Class, students learned about food insecurity through various books, including Crenshaw by Katherine Applegate. They also created resources to share their learning and help others understand the positive impact we can have on our community by donating to our local food banks.
Members from our Student Council visited the Richmond Hill Community Food Bank and took some time to help sort food and household items.
Kindness and generosity are like snow; it beautifies everything it covers!
