World Mental Health Day is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. 

During the recent Health Unit of Mental Health Literacy, RHMS students in Grade 5 to 8 created posters to promote mental health awareness and growth mindset in the classroom. They demonstrated an understanding of how our attitudes about mental health affect those around us and how they might contribute to or prevent creating stigma.
